From the Blue Bag takes pride in offering premium quality, world-friendly products and we want you to love your selection as much as we do. If an item fails to meet your expectations, simply return it within 15 days of your purchase and we will replace the item, or exchange the item.

Custom Engraved items can not be returned or exchanged, if item is defective contact our office at 216-938-8951. Refunds on shipping and handling are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged.

Please refer to the return instructions on your packing slip, or call us at 216-938-8951, Monday though Friday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Eastern Time). To expedite your call, please have your order number on hand. Your order number can be found on the invoice included with your original package and in your order and shipping confirmation emails.
